RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase of credits. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund of credits only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Refund of credits

All refund of credits must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

For instance, no return of Credits will be provided if the Contacts we supply you with are accurate, but the Prospective Customer decides not to respond to your introduction, or you fail to secure the job with the Prospective Customer. There might be situations where a Prospective Customer opts not to select any of the professionals we introduce them to. This choice is solely at the Prospective Customer's discretion, and in such cases, no credit refund will be applicable.

You may be entitled to a refund of credits if:

(a) You encounter an inoperative phone number that fails to connect;

(b) An email address we provide results in an unyielding bounce-back; or

(c) We ascertain that the delivered contact details mismatch the identity of the requesting individual.

AUTOCHARGINGM

By making a purchase on our site, you have the option to agree to be autocharged for the continuous purchase of credits. When you agree to this autocharge feature, your designated payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency chosen by you at the time of opting in for this service.

No Refunds on Autocharge

Please note, if you have agreed to be autocharged, no refunds will be processed for these transactions. This is non-negotiable and by opting into the autocharging service, you acknowledge and accept this condition. Ensure that you are fully aware and agreeable to this before you opt-in for the autocharge feature. If you wish to discontinue the autocharge service, you can do so by contacting our customer service at help@taask.co.uk or discontinuing it on the service provider dashboard. The discontinuation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no charges will be refunded for the current billing cycle in which the request is made.
